BackRoads Boo and Brew is located in Ohio’s Hocking Hills region, only five miles from Hocking Hills State Park. Our brewery school grows a variety of our own hops. Pat Quackenbush has 20 years of brewing experience, brewing all recognized styles of beer and ales. He has received multiple gold and silver medals for some of his more unique creations. He has the ability to help you develop your skills.
Why do we call ourselves Boo and Brew? Not only do we supply brewing supplies and lessons, but the cabin is also home to BackRoads Books by 21 Crows owned by Jannette Quackenbush, folklorist and author of over 24 ghostly books from the Appalachians to the deep south.
