The Vinton County Convention and Visitors Bureau will be partnering with the Moonville Rail Trail Association and Ohio Division of Forestry to paint and restore the historic Hope Schoolhouse on April 28. The rest of the week will be reserved in case of rain. Help will be needed to scrape old paint, as well as painting around doors, windows, trim, etc. Division of Forestry staff will paint the schoolhouse using a lift and paint sprayer. Volunteers are welcome!
