They say a picture is worth a thousand words. That is why the Vinton County Convention and Visitors’ Bureau (CVB) sponsors an annual photography contest. The CVB encourages amateur photographers to submit their pictures of local landmarks, scenery and people doing fun things so that we may gain pictures for marketing the county.
Our friends at WesBanco Bank here in McArthur helped us out this year by sponsoring the $250 prize for our grand prize winner. For the second year in a row Mr. Ned Hall took the grand prize.
